Cushion cover embroidered with Britannia and the signatures of officers who served in the 7th Battalion, Royal Norfolk Regiment. The cover was collected by Major H.J. (Jim) Walker. Maj. Walker was a distinguished officer, who served the 7th Battalion, Royal Norfolk Regiment in 1939 leading up to and including St Valery en Caux and was one of the few who escaped German capture. He subsequently also served with the Battalion in 1944/5 until its disbandment. It is part of a collection of material devoted to the Battalion and its actions in 1940 and 1944-5, and its veterans.
