THE ROYAL NORFOLK REGIMENT BY CAPT S.G.McBRIDE HILL 118 KOREA 2/3 AUG.52.' Inside the case is engraved 'English make. This case is guaranteed to wear 10 years' with reference number '277132 39'. the dial is white with black numbering and there is a seperate minute dial. The watch has an origibal Omega cotton bag and is in the retail box of A Barrie & Son, watchmakers and Jewellers, 34 Frederick Street Edinburgh. A handwritten letter from Capt McBride in the box expresses his thanks to Cpl Magnay, giving the circumstances in which Cpl Magnay saved his life.
