Mess boots

Description
Pair of Officer's black leather mess boots with their lasts. The foot section is highly polished smooth and shiny. The leg section still has some texture in the leather. There is no lace fastening, the boots are slip-on and are very slim in the leg. They are narrowest at the top. Webbing tags inside the sides would enable the wearer to pull them up, but they would still be extremely difficult to get on. The shoe size is small and narrow. at the back of the heel is a metal fixing for spurs.
