Handwritten letter to "Dear Tom" , Uffoulme, Wilmerhatch Lane, Epsom, Surrey, 21st Nov.1945, signed 'Henry' Channon, describing his life in the Haito and Shirakawa Camps in Taiwan, then in Japan at Myata in Kyushu, listing men of the 4th Btn Royal Norfolk Regt who died in Haito. An appended list received from Sergeant Scott of the 5th Btn, gives names of men who were lost when Japanese ship Hokodu Maru was sunk off Manila, part of a collection of documents collected by Capt Thomas C.
