Blue silk diamond shaped table mat with a blue and yellow fringe. In the centre is the badge of the Royal Norfolk Regiment - a seated figure of Britannia holding an olive sprig and trident, with a Union Jack shield resting against her side - inside a blue and yellow diamond border. Beneath it is a banner reading 'The Royal Norfolk Regiment', above which 'IX' has been embroidered in cream thread, a reference to when the regiment was called the 9th Foot and later the 9th East Norfolk Regiment.
