embroidered badge

A rectangular piece of cream linen (?) embroidered with the badge of the Norfolk Regiment, a seated figure of Britannia holding an olive sprig and trident, with a Union Jack shield resting against her side. The design is framed in a large wreath of laurel leaves. Beneath it is a banner embroidered in golden thread, with the negative space where the thread is absent reading 'The Norfolk Regt'.
