Bullet extracted from near the spine of Mr R.H. Curtis of the Royal Norfolk Regiment War Memorial Cottages.

The Regimental Cottages, adjacent to Mousehold Heath, were built as a memorial to men of the Norfolk Regiment who died in the War.They house disabled soldier's and their families. Mr Curtis lived in one of the cottages for 25 years. Despite being in pain, he was apparently noted for his 'cheery disposition'.
