Description
Sword of Honour, with scabbard, of Captain William Bullock, presented to him by the unanimous vote of the East Norfolk Regiment in 1797. A straight blade. The hilt is brass with decorated stirrup guard leading to multi-faceted, urn-shaped pommel with spherical tang button. Twin gilt shells. Acanthus finial. Silver wire wound grip. The scabbard is black leather with brass fittings. Last 127mm/5 ins and chape missing.
